How to Purchase The Yankee Barbareños
Click on the "Purchase" button to go to the order page.
Select the number of books you want and click on the
"Checkout" button to start the order process.
When you click on the "Checkout" button, you are transferred to our secure server, and all further
information you send us relating to your order is encrypted for your protection. The "Address Entry"
page is displayed next, where you are asked to enter your name, shipping address (which must be the same as your
credit card billing address if you are paying by credit card), and email address (which we will only use to send
you information about the order, such as the tracking number).
After clicking the "Send" button you are transferred to the "Payment Method" page.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or check. Note that if you pay by check we will hold your order until the check clears --
you will receive your order much more quickly if you pay by Visa or Mastercard.
It is only when you click on the "Send Order" button that the transaction is completed. A confirmation
page will display the order information, including the order number and the date and time the order was
sent to us. Please print and keep a copy of this page for your records.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened book for a refund or,
if you have a defective book that has been opened, you may return it for a replacement.
If you would like to make a return, please email info@walkertompkins.com for more information
and specific instructions. Please include the order number that is shown on your packing slip or order confirmation page.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Wholesale
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. Feel free to email us at sales@walkertompkins.com with your
inquiries about our wholesale pricing structure. When you are ready to place a wholesale order, please email
your order to sales@walkertompkins.com. Please provide company name, contact name, address, phone number,
email address, and reseller's sales-tax number with your order. Note that the "Purchase" page lists retail price only.
Shipping in the US
The price includes shipping and handling to US addresses (in the lower 48 states). Shipping is by
Priority Mail with tracking. We will email you the tracking number when we ship the book(s). If you pay by
credit card we will ship within 2 business days after you place your order, unless otherwise contacted.
For security purposes we only ship to your credit card's billing address.
If you pay by check we will ship your order after we receive your check.
International Shipping
We will ship internationally, unless shipments are restricted by law. To determine eligibility for
international shipping, please e-mail us. We will promptly send an e-mail to you to both confirm your
order and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes
are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer.
Personal Information
When you purchase The Yankee Barbareños on walkertompkins.com, we ask for your name, address,
phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order.
For credit card purchases, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and
billing address for the card. This information is not necessary if paying by check.
For security purposes, we only ship to the billing address.
Credit card processing is handled by RT Productions. This is the name that will appear on your
credit card statement.
Privacy
RT Productions does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
